QZapBot is a non-custodial trading interface. We do not hold, store, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds at any time. All transactions are executed directly from your connected wallet.
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and transactions made through QZapBot. All transactions must be manually approved and signed by you in your wallet. QZapBot cannot and does not execute transactions without your explicit approval.
Nothing on QZapBot constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All signals, alerts, and analytics are for informational purposes only. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) before making any investment decisions.
Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and speculative. Past performance of alpha wallets or signals does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Paid subscription plans are charged in USDC on the Solana blockchain. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription benefits are subject to change with notice.
You may not use QZapBot for any illegal purpose, market manipulation, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QZapBot and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
